Doing the updates on my coloring book!

You know how they say hindsight is always 20-20, well it is. I was in a hurry and published the coloring book before I really should have. It's perfectly fine, but I wanted to make it better, I'm not unpublishing it on Amazon because I don't know how quickly they make those changes. But I am quickly working on adding more pages to it, making it 40 images, I'm close to having that completed. It seems they won't let me make any changes (such as unpublishing) until the latest update is live, which was just making the cover look better in thumbnail.

Depending on how Amazon KDP works, they may make me create a whole new book, either way is fine, I'll let you know when it's live and ready for sale, hopefully by the end of today or tomorrow at the latest. I will say, they got this version published and live rather quickly, especially compared to my other book (which is not a coloring book). I don't know if it is because it's a coloring book, maybe it was quicker to go through, I think they use bots for that purpose anyhow.

I can't wait to get a copy for myself, besides loving to color like this, it will be nice to see MINE, to see my images made from the photographs I took over the years of driving all over west Texas. I knew I would probably do something with all of those images, I just didn't consider making a coloring book out of them until now.

A few hours later... after much futzing with the book, it's finally uploaded, without errors. I added 10 more pages/images to make a total of 40 images to be colored. I also updated the cover, and that's one of the places that gave me an error, something I don't understand because I didn't change the size, I just added some text, apparently that was enough to make something move or shrink. OK, no problem, I fixed that. I also noticed that on some of the inner pages, there were some slight changes in the way the images were laid out, again not an issue, I just went through one by one and repaired the changes. 

Now it's uploaded, accepted and is being checked by their bots presumably, possibly by a real person, but I doubt it. Since everything seemed to go through fairly quickly, within a few hours. So I'm hoping that the changes will be live by morning. I'll post a link once it is good to go.
